It is located on a chalk ridge of the Chiltern Hills.<\/p>\n<p><b>Details: <\/b> Ashridge offers particularly splendid autumn views of very ancient, pollarded  beech trees in the Frithsden Beeches area. Another great place is &lsquo;Lady&rsquo;s Walk&rsquo; &#8211; between Berkhamsted Common and Thunderdell Wood &#8211; off the B4506 towards Woodyard Cottages. <\/p>\n<p><b>Location:<\/b> The National
